WELCOME TO THE 2025 SPRING REGISTRATION WITH LAKEWOOD LITTLE LEAGUE!


Welcome to Lakewood Little League! We are excited to meet your family and enjoy the game of baseball together. 
 
This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment via credit card. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. If you have any questions, you can email [email protected], and follow us on Facebook and Instagram @lakewoodlittleleague for more information about the 2025 Spring Season.
 
2025 SPRING REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration Fees:
  • Quickball - $215 + $35 Equipment fee
  • Coach Pitch - $265
  • Farm - $290
  • Minors - $315
  • Majors - $350

Registration fees include the following items per player:
  • Team Uniform - Hat, Jersey
  • Picture Package
  • Opening Day Events
  • Family Fun Day Events
  • Closing Ceremony Event
*Registration fees also includes: Trophy, Insurance, Charter Fees, Umpire Fees, Baseballs, Team Equipment, Field Maintenance cost and Coach Training fees.

Discounts Available:
  • Sibling Discount: $10 discount for each additional participant within the same family
  • October is for Baseball Promo: For the month of October only receive a $25 discount on all divisions!!

Season Dates
Pre-Season starts in February 2025
Regular season runs from March 2025 to May 2025
Post-Season for divisions (Farm to Majors)(Qualified Teams Only) can extend through June 2025

Player Evaluations
All registered players in divisions Farm to Majors, MUST attend a Player Evaluations (Tentatively early January 2025). If you do not attend the player evaluation you will be placed on a waiting list, and we cannot guarantee a spot for your you for the Spring Season. Information on Evaluation times for your players division will be communicated to you via email and our social media platforms.

Games and Practices
  • Coach Pitch and Quickball divisions will play 1 game per week. Games may be scheduled on Friday's or Saturday's. Games are 45 minutes.
  • Farm through Majors divisions will play 2 games per week. Games may be scheduled Tuesday - Thursday and on Saturday's. Games are 2 - 2.5 hours dependent on division.
  • Practice time and locations for ALL divisions are dependent on field availability and Team Manager's discretion.

Individual Player and Team Fundraising Support
All players are required to sell twenty-five (25) $4 raffle tickets for a total of $100 Prizes will be raffled off after our baseball season is underway!
Each team must secure $500 in sponsorships. This can be from a variety of sources. Teams have collected from parents, held yard sales, and hosted restaurant nights out to raise the money. Many Lakewood businesses have sponsored teams in the past.

Refund Policy
All requests must be made formally in writing by emailing [email protected]. Refunds may only be requested by a Parent/Guardian of the player being withdrawn. Full refunds will be returned if a player is withdrawn prior the close of early registration. Refunds requested after early registration will be subject to a $50 administration fee. After player evaluations are completed there will be NO refunds. However, the board reserves the right to consider a refund in the event of a medical condition where a player is unable to participate in LLL activities. In this scenario there will still be a $50 administration fee.

Registrations paid by credit card; refunds will be returned to the card used for registration through the online system to the parent/guardian that paid. Refunds only pertain to the registration fee for the player. LLL will not refund any processing fees incurred by credit card or bank account transactions. This may take 5-10 business days to show up on your bank statement. Onsite registrations paid by check or cash will be returned by check mailed within 2 weeks to the address on file of the Parents/Guardian of the player being withdrawn. Please specify which parent should be receiving the check and feel free to include your address in the email request for a refund.

Division Information
The registration system will automatically provide you with the available divisions for your player based on league age. League age is defined as the actual age of a player as of August 31st of the current season year. Click the 2025 Little League age chart to review what league age your player will be for the current season. If our system chooses an incorrect division for your player(s), please review your player's birth date on the Player Information screen to confirm the birthdate was entered properly.
